As the world's population continues to increase and pressure on natural resources intensifies, the need for sustainable protein sources has never been greater. Insect-based protein offers a highly efficient solution, requiring significantly less land, water, and feed while generating a substantially lower environmental footprint compared to conventional livestock production.

Our end-to-end production process transforms Acheta domesticus (house cricket) into premium protein flour through a series of scientifically controlled stages, ensuring food-grade safety, nutritional integrity, and full traceability.
Acheta domesticus colonies are raised in climate-controlled housing units at optimal temperature and humidity. Crickets are fed a certified, non-GMO diet to ensure consistent nutritional quality from the very first stage.
Crickets are harvested at peak biomass — typically 5–6 weeks after hatching — using humane, low-stress collection methods. Only mature, healthy individuals are selected to maintain uniform product quality.
Harvested crickets undergo thorough washing with potable water to remove surface contaminants and residual feed material, meeting strict food safety and hygiene standards before further processing.
Crickets are subjected to precisely controlled heat treatment to inactivate pathogens and enzymes, ensuring microbiological safety while preserving the protein structure and amino acid profile.
Following heat treatment, crickets are dried using industrial low-temperature drying systems that reduce moisture content to below 5%, extending shelf life and preparing the biomass for efficient milling.
Dried crickets are finely milled into powder and sieved to achieve a consistent particle size. The resulting flour has a neutral colour and mild flavour, making it highly versatile for food and feed formulations.
Every batch undergoes rigorous laboratory analysis — including protein content, moisture, microbiology, heavy metals, and allergen testing — before being packed under inert atmosphere to preserve freshness and safety.
